Nezoola is a platform for discovering places, saving favorite spots, exploring recommendations, and discovering promotional offers. Nezoola connects users with third-party places, businesses, and merchants that may provide services, products, activities, or promotional offers. Nezoola does not own or operate these third-party businesses.
Nezoola may also allow users to enter an ambassador code associated with an approved Nezoola ambassador.

Information about places and offers, including descriptions, prices, opening hours, availability, terms, and other details, may change and may not always be complete, current, or accurate. Nezoola does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, availability, accuracy, or suitability of any place, business, product, service, activity, or offer listed through the Service. Any visit, purchase, redemption, booking, or other interaction between you and a merchant is between you and that merchant.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nezoola is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, dispute, or other issue arising from your interaction with a third-party place, business, or merchant. For issues relating to a merchant's products, services, premises, or offers, users should contact the relevant merchant directly.

Nezoola does not offer public posts or comments. Users may submit ratings for places, which may be aggregated and displayed within the Service. Individual ratings are not publicly associated with the identity of the user who submitted them. Nezoola uses analytics and related usage information to operate, maintain, and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you no longer wish to use Nezoola, you can delete your account at any time using the "Delete My Account" button in the app settings, which removes your account and the associated data, as stated in the Privacy Policy in relation to data retention.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nezoola will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. The Service is currently provided without a charge to users.

You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Delete My Account" button in the app settings. We may also suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.
