By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, so please take a moment to read them. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the Service.
By creating an account, or by accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and that you agree to comply with, and be bound by, these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Nezoola is a platform for discovering places, reading and writing reviews, saving your favorite spots, exploring recommendations, and discovering promotional offers. The Service includes the mobile application and any related features or services we offer.

Offers and redemption features may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiration dates, redemption limits, and venue confirmation. Nezoola does not guarantee that an offer will remain available or that a venue will honor an offer outside the stated terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You keep ownership of the reviews, ratings, and other content you submit ("User Content"). By submitting it, you grant Nezoola a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Service.

If you see a review that violates these Terms, you can report it using the report option available on each review. We review reported content and may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that violate our guidelines. You can also block other users through your account settings; reviews submitted by people you have blocked are hidden from your view.
You may appeal a moderation decision by emailing nezoola.help@gmail.com within 30 days of the removal. Repeatedly submitting violating content may result in account suspension.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, other than your User Content, are owned by Nezoola and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written consent.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
User reviews and ratings reflect the opinions of individual users and do not represent the views of Nezoola. We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any User Content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nezoola will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. The Service is currently provided without a charge to users, and our total liability will not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold Nezoola harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time, and we will make reasonable efforts to let you know about material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and posting a notice in the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Delete My Account" option in the app settings, by requesting deletion at https://nezoola-deletion.pages.dev, or by contacting us at nezoola.help@gmail.com. We may also suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt. Before starting formal proceedings, both parties agree to try to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation by contacting nezoola.help@gmail.com.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force and effect.
